The Railcore II 300ZL is a CoreXY based, open source 3D printer. Its features include a robust design, lightweight and stiff motion system, premium hot end, and cutting-edge automatic calibration features. The kit comes complete with all the components needed to complete your printer from the aluminum stepper brackets from to the 3D printed parts. All printed structural printed parts are printed out of Carbon Fiber PETG and Carbon Fiber ABS. Non structural parts are printed out of Veracity Blue PLA.

In order to limit the use of printed parts as structural components, the kits come standard with aluminum stepper motor mounts, idler mounts and X-axis carriages from Mandala Rose Works. The aluminum beds are milled out of MIC 6 plate to ensure it is has excellent flatness. As of May 2021 the frame extrusions are black - updated product photos to come.
We are shipping a complete plug and play wiring harness system with each kit. You no longer have to deal with cutting stripping and crimping your own wires. You will get all components and hardware needed to build the printer, from linear rails to nuts and bolts. All you need is the tools and the time

Rail Options
BYOR: This option comes with no linear rails, linear rails are mandatory but this option exists if you wish to supply your own.
LDO: An economical choice, LDO rails offer good quality at an affordable price. Every linear rail set is tested to ensure they are up to the task.
MiSUMi: A premium choice, MiSUMi linear rails are known for their excellent quality. Available on the X/Y/Z axes on the ZL.
Hotend Options
BYOH: This option comes with no hotend but it will include an E3D Premium Heater and thermistor to maintain the plug and play feature of the wiring harness
V6 Ultimate:The V6 Ultimate comes with a plated copper block, E3D Premium Heater, thermistor and 0.4mm NozzleX.
Revo Micro: the Revo Micro comes with a 0.4mm nozzle, and quick, tool-less nozzle changing technology. An aluminum mount is included for this option.
Mosquito: The Mosquito comes with an E3D Premium Heater and thermistor with a 0.4mm Hardened Steel Nozzle
Mosquito Magnum: The Mosquito Magnum comes with a E3D Premium Heater and thermistor with a 0.8mm Hardened Nozzle for large prints.

Duet 2 Wifi: The Duet 2 Wifi is a market-leading control board, with wifi support.
Duet 2 Wifi External Antenna: Like the Duet 2 Wifi, but with an external, mountable antenna for better signal strength.
Duet 2 Ethernet: Like the Duet 2 Wifi, but with an ethernet connection instead of wifi.
Display Options
None: No display, though you can use the much-praised Duet Web Control from a phone, tablet, or computer.
PanelDue 5i: A 5" LCD touchscreen display for interfacing with the printer. Duet Web Control is still available. Printed mount not included, but many options are available. Here is one.

Bed Options
Standard: The standard bed is a 1/4” sheet of K100S/5083 aluminum, no PEI is included.
Magnetic: The standard bed is a 1/4” sheet of K100S/5083 aluminum with pockets machined for 9 high temperature, high strength neodymium N42SH magnets. It does not include a build surface. We recommend Buildtak's removable build surfaces, size 332mm x 340mm.
Power Options
120vAC/US plug: Comes with a standard US plug and 120v bed heater.
240vAC/EU plug: Comes with a standard EU plug and 240v bed heater.
